The 2018 Skagit Tulip Festival
An iconic event in the Skagit Valley, about an hour's drive north of Seattle. Acres of tulips, and tons of events to see and do throughout the month of April. I've heard that we're expecting April 9th to be "peak bloom". Their website has all the details.
